shuttle service professional service clean room

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the square. This service runs multiple times daily. I used it for convenient transport. The spa has a very good service. I enjoyed the professional service and relaxing environment. The rooms were clean. The room also had acceptable hygiene.

The breakfast buffet lacked sausage.

the breakfast had a decent variety, i suppose.

The pool was supposedly a selling point, but the water temperature seemed like stepping into the arctic. It was brutally cold and utterly unusable, so swimming was out of the question.

broken steam room rude staff

The steam room was not working . i was quite disappointed as i really wanted to relax after a long day! also, the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled, and the room temperature was not to my liking. It was difficult to adjust it. the restaurant was ok, but the spa staff acted very rude. i hope they can improve their customer service
